This retreat will help you refresh your health & commitment to self-care through daily yoga, healthy home cooking classes, nourishing meals, hot tub and sauna access, and plenty of time to connect with nature, each other, and ourselves. Together, we will clean up our digestive systems, eliminate toxins, clear our minds, and renew our spirits.
Daily yoga & meditation, beginners & all-levels are welcome (Yin & Vinyasa)
An Intro to Ayurveda & Ayurvedic Cooking
2 healthy high-vibe cooking classes where you’ll learn how to make detox-supporting meals that you can prepare at home
Nutritious & delicious 100% organic, gluten-free vegan meals
Fresh fruit, cold-pressed juice, and filtered mountain spring water
Hot/Cold therapy in the cedar infrared sauna and the river plunge
Outdoor hot tub
Time to connect with nature and explore over 260 acres of trails and wilderness at Sacred Mountain Waters in The Blue Ridge Mountains
Workshops where we’ll discuss clean-eating along with the fundamentals of a healthy and well-supported detox

Want more time to acclimate & integrate? Come a day early and stay a day later for just $50/day. Please note, there will be no itinerary and you will need to bring your own food for these days. The kitchen is available for use.

Stephanie Toler is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, 20-year Yoga practitioner and Yoga Instructor, and Chef with a passion for Ayurveda and all things wellness-related.
The first two bedrooms are the "Large Private Rooms", the second two are the "Small Private Rooms" and the single beds shown are located in the "Dorm-Style Shared Room". Please reach out if you have questions.
I put a lot of time, love, and energy into preparing for retreats: communicating with participants to assess goals and concerns, planning classes to suit all skill levels, creating menus to account for individual tastes and sensitivities, planning workshops to address participant goals, shopping for and making the meals, preparing the space, hosting the retreat itself, and following up with attendees.
Additionally, space during retreats is limited and when someone doesn't show up for the retreat last-minute, someone else who could have been there loses the opportunity to join us. For these reasons, I have instituted the following policies:
Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations more than 21 days ahead of the retreat will be refunded, less a $150 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 7-21 days of the retreat will receive a 50% refund, if I am able to fill their spot with another attendee.
No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the retreat.
