This hearty and wholesome breakfast is delicious and nutritious, featuring superfood amaranth and loaded with fiber, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, calcium, zinc, copper, selenium, vitamin B6 and folate with a number of health benefits, including reduced inflammation, lower cholesterol levels and increased weight loss.


It is naturally gluten-free and can easily be made vegan as well by substituting the ghee for coconut oil.
