I care about your health just like I care about my own. 

Most of us were never taught proper self-care. This lack of knowledge around how to cook, what to eat, stress management, appropriate movement, authentic living, and genuine connection have unfortunately manifested as poor health in millions of Americans. While most healthcare providers are good people who aim to do their best, they do so within a broken system that requires us to be our own health advocates, researchers, and the driving force on our path back to wellness. I'm here to help with that.

My past health struggles, my family's struggles, and the way-too-common tragedy of preventable diseases are what have inspired my path. My mother's preventable and early passing opened my eyes, motivated me to look deeper, and gave my life new meaning.

A decade ago, I left corporate America to pursue my real passions for creating nourishing meals, yoga, meditation, and self-expression, which became the foundation of my career as a wellness retreat organizer. A desire to go even deeper brought me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I received my holistic health coach certification and began my practice. 

I understand the frustration of falling short at effective self-care, living out of alignment with your higher interests, or managing chronic health issues and stress alone. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and whole.

It is my purpose in life to guide you and other motivated people towards a life full of meaning and vitality ~ the life we were meant to live.
