My Nurtured Health with Coach Stephanie

I believe we can change the world by changing ourselves but it takes self-awareness and work to make the shifts necessary to live in alignment with our soul's calling. Unfortunately many of us weren't taught the basics of self-care, a personalized practice that is necessary along the path to wholeness. As we come to know and love ourselves, we also honor ourselves by living the lives we were meant for, rather than doing what we believe we "should" be doing. I'm here to help with this shift by sharing knowledge, tools, and resources to help you take good care of your body, mind, and spirit.


We were all made unique and beautiful and so self-care should be individualized. There are infinite practices that we can bring into our lives to heal the past and become our best selves. Nutrition and exercise are bio-individual and so in my practice, we work together to optimize your routines so that the body is operating well in the world. From there, the mind tends to stabilize and there is space to explore and implement tools that help us to keep mental balance and present moment awareness through challenging situations. Our spirits then have the opportunity to creatively express, flourish, and inspire not just ourselves but everyone around us.

When our bodies, minds, and spirits are integrated, we are in touch with our intuition and a deeper knowing which allows us to navigate our lives better. 

I am passionate about this and genuinely want to help and inspire others to be their healthiest selves! Join me on this journey to wholeness.
