Space Is Limited: First come, first served.
Stephanie Toler is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, 20-year Yoga practitioner and Yoga Instructor, and Chef with a passion for Ayurveda and all things wellness-related.
I put a lot of time, love, and energy into preparing for retreats: communicating with participants to assess goals and concerns, planning classes to suit all skill levels, creating menus to account for individual tastes and sensitivities, planning workshops to address participant goals, shopping for and making the meals, preparing the space, hosting the retreat itself, and following up with attendees.
Additionally, space during retreats is limited and when someone doesn't show up for the retreat last-minute, someone else who could have been there loses the opportunity to join us. For these reasons, I have instituted the following policies:
Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations more than 14 days ahead of the retreat will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 4-14 days of the retreat will receive a 50% refund, if I am able to fill their spot with another attendee.
No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the retreat.
