Learn how to cook healthy and delicious meals at home. It's easier than you think!
We will talk about a whole foods healing diet, choosing ingredients to make colorful & nutrient-dense meals without relying on recipes, all about spices, cooking techniques, and plating as we create a feast to enjoy together. I will also share my typical shopping list and pantry items that I keep on hand, which allow me to be creative in the kitchen.
Prior to the class, I will send out a questionnaire to all participants asking about dietary restrictions and culinary preferences so that I can design a menu that appeals to all. All food will be prepped without gluten or dairy but some dishes may contain meat depending on the preferences of attendees.
The class itself will be a combination of hands-on and cooking demonstrations. We'll also talk about batch-cooking to keep things easy in the kitchen and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about food or cooking in general ~ it does not have to be related to our menu on the day.
This class is limited to 6 students. This class is $75 and will cover the cost of food and materials. All participants are expected to help with food preparation and cleanup. This class is smile-friendly. We will not be wearing masks. Please do not attend if you are running a fever or feeling unwell. Should you have to cancel, your payment will go toward a future class to be scheduled.
