Need inspiration and tools to live your best life ~ full of vitality, inner-peace, connection and clarity? Together, we will heal, grow, transform, and find a deeper sense of purpose and soul alignment.
During this rich and meaningful online journey, we will nurture all areas of your body, mind, and spirit as we prepare for 2022 and beyond. We will learn AND implement the basics of proper self-care to motivate and set course for our best lives by creating a lifestyle that supports our health and wellbeing.
Learn about and put into practice…
- How to achieve wholeness utilizing various Eastern and Western modalities to better understand your individual make-up, as well as what lifestyle, diet, and movement practices you can use to obtain optimal health
- Finding balance in the body by working with the elements
- Identifying food sensitivities and how they are affecting you
- Detoxification techniques you can incorporate into daily life.
- Cooking techniques that will UP your healthy home cooking game
- Recipes for healing & detoxifying foods
- Complete a cleanse together, putting your new skills into action
- Boost your natural immunity and resilience
- Identify and incorporate appropriate movement for your body
- Examine core beliefs to get clear on relationships, boundaries, and communication.
- Engage in Self-expression exercises to get your creativity flowing and set course for your future self through intentional art.
- Explore meditation and other techniques for connecting with Source energy and your higher self.
- Get clear on your intentions for 2022 and begin cultivating the life of your dreams.
- Connect with & learn from other participants on this intimate self-care journey.
We will meet online every Tuesday for 2 hours but you will need extra time dedicated to your own self-care each week as we are expected to commit to lifestyle changes by preparing meals, reading or watching additional content, journaling your realizations or other activities. Expect an additional 4 hour commitment each week.
